Mega Matsuri little tokyo

I drove from west LA to downtown LA again this weekend to check out showoff cafe’s Mega Matsuri car show. I really like the idea of the event. Bring together import car old and new, ruckus owners, bike riders, and merge everything together with the lifestyle stuff we enjoy. I think with a little better planning this event will be pretty good next year. This year it was a little dry. It had everything you wanted to see, but you wanted to see alot more of it.

the 430tq monster

This kid just doesn't stop. I was able to drive this car for about 30 minutes yesterday, and it made my 300whp STI feel like poop. He's got it dialed in extremely well. The wheels were just fitted yesterday by Apollo performance in Upland, CA. The specs are 18x9.5 +38 with 265/35/18 tires. It will be coming down another inch very soon also.

Here's a recent shot of VIPME's LS430. I've always had a special place in my heart for VIP cars. I'd love to have one for a daily. I believe he just added new barrels to the front rims to complete the total package.

Here's the current Top Scoob winner on Nasioc. I like everything about it. I only wish we got some turbo model Imprezas during those years. I can appreciate a car like this that makes full use of all 4 wheels.

Here's one of wrong fitment's own ripping it up at the track recently. There's something special about lifting wheels, smoking tires, and doing it all on perfect fitment!

BK 2.0 Theta x S15 hybrid

Apparently after some issues with SR20's they opted for a 2.0t theta out of the new Genesis Coupe. The entire setup including tranny and ecu were carried over.

ASB 2009

Ziptied All Star bash was a blast! We hung with Risky Devil crew from Chicago all weekend, and Mark from Fatlace was there to capture some of the action. It was hot like fire in the high desert!

Not sure if this guy's Gen Coupe will be Hellaflush approved or not (hey Josh, you there?) but I definitely like the look of TEs on Genesis Coupe.. :D

I pass the location of where Hellaflush Venice Beach 2009 was held nearly everyday. I always get a smile on my face. Over 300 cars showed up within a few hours time and it was awesome seeing a great collection of cars from all over Southern California, Norcal, AZ, and more.

The new Hyundai Genesis Coupes are really making big noise in S. Korea's racing circuits. The CJ OShopping Super Race is dedicated for the Genesis Coupe 3800GT.

I love that front bumper setup. Subtle yet functional w/ brake ducts.
